Here in the Stockton Honda Service Department, we strive to provide you with a luxury service experience, without the luxury price. With over 150 years combined experience, our service technicians will give you the best possible service, making sure that no matter what the problem, we can fix it. Led by Ryan Severson, who has acted as a service manager for over 14 years, our team of technicians will help you to drive away with a safe and reliable car.

On our team of technicians, we have six Honda Master technicians, and everyone is Honda certified or higher. Because we are constantly receiving the latest in Honda Specific training, we have the knowledge and ability to work with all your Hondas, any year, any model. Stockton Honda also offers a fleet service, as well. When you pull up to the service drive in your Honda, you will be greeted promptly by our friendly service staff.  When you pull up, you can be assured that you will receive the needed service in a timely fashion, making it as easy on you as possible. 

While you're waiting, we hope you take advantage of our 60" plasma television, free coffee and snacks, complimentary wifi, and comfortable leather seats. We hope our accommodations make it so you can go through your wait in as much comfort as we can provide. We also provide a local shuttle to get you around town, as well as text and email communication to keep you up to date on the latest information regarding your service. We hope to exceed all of your expectations when it comes to service!

"What I like the most about the service department is that I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. I prefer to come here because I don't have to worry about unnecessary repairs. The service manager always follows up my service appts with a call to see how it went, which is nice. It can be awkward when you have to complain to a manager in front of the entire service staff. "Absolute 5 star rating in their Service Department! From the initial phone call to the actual execution of service, I could not be more pleased. I tried Mistilin Honda, and they were jackasses, so I figured I'd go back to where I bought the car from. My back hatch was acting funny, it was rattling like nobody's business. Anyhow they took my car in first thing Friday morning, and had the hatch fixed and the oil changed all within the first few hours of the morning. I was also promised a free oil change from the sales dept, but never picked up my coupon. My fiance was planning on locating the sales mgr and grabbing one, however, there was no need. The oil change was completed for free, my account notated, and even given a 15% off coupon for next time. It's the little things like that, which make their service so stellar.  I'm even willing to make the drive from Modesto to Stockton just to have work done. With gas being as much as it is right now, that says a lot!"
