The atmosphere at the Stockton Honda Dealership was very clean and all the staff were very courteous and friendly they went above and beyond to ensure that I was being helped and that the selection of cars were personally significant to my need. Jerry Cash in your service department was truly exceptional as was the service mechanic. We had a 100,000 mile service done on our 2012 Pilot. It wasn’t cheap but Jerry generously provided a free loaner car which saved us the $200 we would have spent on a rental car. It was our first experience at Stockton Honda. After being customers of Concord Honda for years we left after an unscrupulous service writer lied to us. Stockton Honda and Jerry Cash restored our trust and we will be back. Great experience at Stockton Honda. They gave a very fair price and were consistent with that throughout. I had Aaron Lowe as my salesman and he was really great. I called about a certain trim and color for the car I wanted and he found one that was about 2 weeks out and helped reserve it for me - I later went and picked it up the day it arrived. It’s their job to sell you stuff, but they were all very respectful about it, definitely didn’t feel forced into anything and was happy with the agreements I made. Definitely would come back here for my next car.

When we came in to FINALLY purchase a car, Frankie remembered us, by name and occupation, from a month ago. That, in itself, is great customer service. We test drove on Saturday, but because it was the end of the day, we returned on Sunday. Our salesperson, Chris, was great. We got a good deal without feeling like we were taken advantage of. The process--from test drive to finance--was seamless. Honda made us feel like valued customers!

Excellent service today at Stockton Honda! My air conditioning stopped working on my drive to 90 degree Stockton to visit family. Richard Legat was courteous and professional; provided great communication about the service process, diagnosis and plan; and got my AC working great again. Best of all, my problem was covered by a warranty extension campaign. I am so grateful for their expertise and integrity. All of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Easy 5/5 stars for Stockton Honda. I was having a hard time finding an Accord sport 2.0. I saw Stockton Honda had the color I wanted coming in. I sent in an information request. Chris Fredericksen got back to me within a few minutes, I made an offer that he made possible for me. Car arrived a week sooner than expected. Chris kept me updated through the whole process. I had submit most of my info before arriving, Chris had all the paperwork ready to go, just walked through the sales process. I was in and out in just over an hour. Quick thank you to sales manager Rodney and financial coordinator Richard for working to get me in and out so quick too. Anyone local, or even a bit of a drive I advise to check out Stockton Honda. We had been looking for a new car for the last month but there was nothing available anywhere! We contacted Stockton Honda and they were quick to respond! While there were no vehicles in stock, we made an appointment anyway and went to the dealership. We met with Ryan N. and he was professional, listened to what we wanted and was able to help us right away. Luckily, a new Accord happened to be delivered that day. We took it for a drive and decided to purchase it. Ryan ran some numbers and we were able to buy it without our budget! He was very caring and did an excellent job representing Stockton Honda! The financial department also did an excellent job explaining everything and getting us in and out quickly! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

They serviced my Honda Civic.I went in for an oil change on a Tuesday morning. My cover underneath was scraping , I had attached a zip tie to keep it together. When they gave me my car back I noticed they fixed the issue and added the two missing screws . Thank you so much and sorry for such a late review . My experience with Stockton Honda was phenomenal. This was my first time purchasing a brand-new car and the whole team made it easy and efficient. I've been wanting a Honda Fit for a long time, so my dad and I traveled pretty far to get a blue one, since there aren't many available right now. We were helped out by Christopher, who was kind, knowledgable, and incredibly communicative, and he even helped us out on the phone before we made the long drive. It really felt like he wanted to make sure that I found the perfect fit with my car choice! I loved my experience here, and I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the market for a car.

We liked our salesperson, Frank. He was very friendly, but not pushy at all. He was "down to earth" and seemed to know right away what we wanted. The transaction was handled very quickly. No hard sell, no push to add on extra features - very pleasant and direct.
